Most all my FI's provide multi year transactional records, they are secure sites, but they are islands, as opposed to Quicken, which consolidates transactions.
A spreadsheet alternative may be considered, but would lack details, or require a lot of maintenance, which is not in my wheelhouse.
To the best of my knowledge, this problem didn’t exist in Ver 4.6.4, or it could have been 4.6.3.
I did have “Partial download (-28)” errors on some of these accounts, so I reset links, by updating logon credentials (which were the same as before).
Without advertisement revenue, prepaid software only lasts so long.
I'm glad that Q doesn't employ advertisement within their applications. Biz is Biz, it's about making money at the end of the day, supporting research, and developing solutions to make happy customers. The office of the President did contact me via email and arranged a date and time to talk.
Just because many of us haven't yet chosen another option -- for whatever reason, it does not necessarily mean that we are OK with what is going on.
Did another deactivate/reactivate this AM, got the download. I say MAY because some accounts may update and some may not.- Even if transactions were downloaded in the register, the Online Balance (top right of register) may have an old Download Date reference. For me, I've been saying for 2-1/2 years that if there were another reasonable desktop option to Quicken, I would move in a heartbeat -- after 30 years as a customer.Indeed, @Reed Welch, you are correct and I echo your words. Just in case my issues are slightly different, I will share my problems with this issue:- Ever since the Quicken spinoff, I have had to delete/reconnect all of my online accounts EVERY DAY!Quicken for Mac 2017 v4.6.6 has some pretty big issues. It is arguably the worst release in recent years -- and there have been some real stinkers.
